Culture du Vin SARL GD Millésime is the fruit of my passion for the pleasure of discovering the wines and vineyards of the Loire and France during 25 years in the field.
For 13 years, I had the opportunity to enrich this experience as owner and manager of Caves Duhard in Amboise.
For 4 generations, this company has specialized in collector's wines, gourmet wines and old vintages from Touraine.

A selection of wines and local products
Young wines are chosen according to the quality of the producers' follow-up and the typicality of the products.
Ageing wines are selected and matured by Caves Duhard or by winegrowers renowned for their quality products and their troglodytic cellars, former tufa quarries for Loire Valley wines. As in other regions of France (Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, etc.), it is the fruit of a privileged partnership with wine professionals.
All wines are closely monitored, and their quality is guaranteed. This limestone was used to build the famous chateaux of the Loire Valley. The temperature is a constant 12° C, with a humidity level of over 80%, ideal conditions for my wines. After several decades in the cellar, the wines are restored by me, depending on the level of the bottles. This step is recommended, as the aging process consists of evaporation and slow oxidation of the liquid through the cork.
I also uncork the bottles one by one and test them. The same wine must be used again before recorking with a new cork.
